Juan Mata insists Chelsea's search for Andre Villas-Boas should have nothing to do with the players.

The search for Chelsea's next permanent manager is under way, with Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho and Barcelona's Pep Guardiola their first-choice targets.

But Mata insists the players must not let the speculation distract them. "The most important thing to think about is the coach we have now, Robbie Di Matteo," he said. "We must just think about this season and finish the next two months well."
