Mat Ryan has returned to training at Valencia with his future up in the air.

Having been brought to the club last year, the Australia goalkeeper lost his place under former coach Cesare Prandelli.

Indeed, Prandelli had recommended Ryan move on this month.

But with Prandelli having quit, Ryan's future is again up for discussion and sports chief Suso Garcia Pitarch plans to sit down with the Aussie this week.

Ryan was back at training yesterday after missing three weeks due to a cyst.
