Massimo Cellino is ready to sell up at Leeds United.
The China Daily says the former Cagliari owner wants to sell Leeds for a fee in the region of €70m.
Though not much is known about the identity of the potential investors, the Chinese news outlet states that they would be prepared to invest close to €120m in order to return Leeds to the top-flight of English football.
Cellino has been the English Championship club's majority shareholder since 2014.
