Former AC Milan captain Massimo Ambrosini hailed the character shown for Saturday's derby draw.

Milan fought back fro 2-0 down to earn a point against Inter Milan.

Cristian Zapata's equaliser came deep into injury-time, which sparked furious protests from the Nerazzurri.

But Ambrosini insists: "The confirmation from the match is that Milan has a soul and even luck.

"It remains Inter's disappointment, the insults and errors came from a win that was lost at the last second."
