Sylvain Marveaux isn't giving up on his career at Newcastle United.

The Evening Chronicle says Marveaux spent the summer working with personal trainer Marambaud Gilles in France to ensure he was at peak fitness levels ahead of pre-season training.

He has interested the likes of Nantes, Spartak Moscow and Olympiakos but no club has came up with an offer this summer.
