Obafemi Martins hopes he and the Seattle Sounders can kick on and secure more victories after the weekend's 1-0 triumph over Colorado Rapids.
The Nigerian scored the only goal of the contest to open his scoring account and Seattle's winning account for the season and he is keen to produce more of the same as the Sounders look to move up the MLS table.
"I'm very glad that I scored today and especially that we got these three points. We really needed it, and I hope we continue like this because we have a long way to go," said Martins.
