Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez says there's still plenty of improvements needed at the DW.
After victory last week over Chelsea, Martinez told Talksport of the transition process.
"Obviously it's a huge, huge transition," said Martinez.
"We all know the important players we had at Wigan left over the summer. Obviously in itself it's going to take time. The new players are taking responsibility now, we are gelling as a team and slowly we are starting to fulfil the potential.
"We're not there yet, obviously it's a long, long way to go still but performances like the on Saturday (against Chelsea) really help towards the confidence and towards getting this squad together and being ready for the next step really."
