Everton boss Roberto Martinez has called for lift in intensity from the playing squad.
Everton meet Leicester City today.
"I want players performing well and enjoying their football, and if a player drops his standards, maybe he'll be left behind," he said.
"Every time you have a player performing well, the question is 'are you going to keep him?'
"And if he doesn't perform, it's 'who signed this player?' That was what happened at Wigan when I was manager there and it's the reality of modern football because money talks."
