Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is demanding greater self-belief from his players after defeat to West Bromwich Albion.
He reckons Wigan need to add a touch of arrogance to become a top 10 side.
The Wigan boss said: "I think we've found a good level of consistency now in our performances.
"But we still need to find that little bit of know-how and arrogance to nick a result sometimes when we're not playing too well.
"I don't think we deserved to lose to West Brom - but I don't think we deserved to win either, which is the disappointing thing."
