Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez says there's no panic over their league position.
The club's chairman and owner Dave Whelan is away relaxing by a Caribbean pool.
Martinez said: "He brings a calmness, he's been through this time after time.
"He's been in Barbados for a month - he's been enjoying the FA Cup run from there."
