Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez insists Olivier Kapo has a future at the DW.

The French midfielder returned from injury in the reserves against Manchester City.

He said: "You can never get enough competition and you can never get enough quality.

"Olivier Kapo is a player of experience and great quality as a player, and it was pleasing to see him getting through 90 minutes for the reserves and that's another option.

"Olivier is going to carry on working on his match fitness. We're delighted at the moment that everyone is fully fit and ready for the challenge."
