New Everton boss Roberto Martinez has big ambitions for next season.
Marouane Fellaini, 25, has already told Everton chairman Bill Kenwright he wants to stay at Goodison - and Martinez believes he can help the club push on from last season's sixth-place finish.
He said: "It is unstoppable when you have been as successful as Everton have that you will get other teams who want to take your players.
"That's normal - it is a football compliment and gets you going more. But, in this case, it's not an issue."
