Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez is set to get a brand new training complex.
The People says Martinez is getting the thumbs up for a rebuilding job - after asking chairman Dave Whelan to create a replica of Stoke City's posh training ground HQ.
The Latics stayed in the Premier League after a final-day win at Stoke.
And Martinez and Dave Whelan have been back for a tour of the Potters' £7million Clayton Wood base, where they were mightily impressed.
Whelan has just bought new facilities for Wigan - and will copy Stoke's pad as a thank-you to Martinez, after the Spaniard turned down Aston Villa last month.
