Roberto Martinez says he is not letting his focus redirect from Wigan Athletic's FA Cup final and survival plight.
The Spaniard is being linked with the Everton vacancy following David Moyes' move to Manchester United but insists he is only thinking about the Latics and how they can beat Manchester City at Wembley on Saturday before worrying about how to avoid relegation from the Premier League.
"We are involved in two major competitions and we are not going to lose any focus," he said.
"All that matters is Wigan Athletic and us being at our best. We have three major games to go, which are vitally important for us.
"Whatever goes around on the outside in the media, does not affect the football club and the team.
"We are excited to be at the peak of our season and we are not going to lose concentration."
