Everton boss Roberto Martinez admits he could be forced into the market in January.

Martinez says a replacement for knee injury victim Darron Gibson is being considered.

He said: "This is a one-off incident and something that in January we will have to look into because we need to see how we are going to react. "But I'm pleased with the numbers and the quality we have in that area. We are going to assess it in the next three months."
