Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez accepts he's under pressure after defeat at West Ham United.
Wigan have struggled for consistency this season and Saturday's 3-1 defeat at basement boys West Ham United ensured Martinez's side remain in the bottom three.
"I am under pressure because I don't want Wigan to be fighting against relegation," said Martinez.
"And I always put pressure on myself. There were excuses I could make for today, but I won't make them."
