Russell Martin hopes Norwich City act as inspiration for the next three clubs to earn promotion to the Premier League.

Martin believes Norwich have given Championship promotion hopefuls like Southampton and Brighton the belief they can live with the big boys.

He said: "Hopefully teams will look at us and see just what can be achieved if you really go for it."
