Manchester United forward Anthony Martial says his goal against arch-rivals Liverpool was his way of showing Red Devils fans what he is all about.
The 19-year-old Frenchman joined United from AS Monaco during the summer for £36million, making him the most expensive teenager in football history.
Martial has made an impressive start to his career at Old Trafford, finding the back of the net three times in his first five Premier League appearances, including a goal in United's 3-1 over Liverpool last month.
"It is going well so far," Martial told Telefoot.
"I have had a great welcome from the fans. I don't think about my price on the pitch.
"The goal against Liverpool, the big enemy of the club, allowed the fans to get to know me a bit better."
