Former Manchester City player Rodney Marsh has urged striker Harry Kane to leave 'mediocre' Tottenham.
Marsh believes the 22-year-old needs to move to a bigger club to continue his development, suggesting that Spurs are too second rate for the England international.
"He needs to go on and become the player he can be," Marsh said.
"He isn't going to become that at Spurs because Spurs have now become that mediocre, second-tier team in the Premier League.
"He needs to be at a top club. I would love to see him at Manchester City because I think he could score 30 goals a year for the next ten years."
