Olympique Marseille winger Florian Thauvin isn't giving up on his career at parent club Newcastle United.

The 23-year-old winger returned to Marseille on loan in January less than six months after completing a £13million move to St James' Park last summer.

“I have a four-year contract with Newcastle, the situation is very clear for me, I want to succeed in England," Thauvin said.

“My transfer gave Marseille a lot of money, I thought it was good for me and for the club."
