Olympique Marseille could seek to re-sign Giannelli Imbula.

The French midfielder is being put up for sale by Stoke City ahead of the summer transfer window.

Imbula will headline a planned clearout being drawn up by Stoke boss Mark Hughes.

And French sources say OM are ready to welcome him back to the club.

OM owner Frank McCourt recently said: "If I am willing to spend €50m or €60m for a player? Yes. But again, that does not mean it's our goal. If we collectively determine that this is the best strategy and investment to achieve our goal, then the answer is yes!"
