Olympique Marseille president Vincent Labrune refuses to give up on landing Tottenham striker Clinton Njie.
The youngster is wanted at OM as a replacement for the Spurs bound Georges-Kévin N'Koudou, but Njie wants to remain at White Hart Lane.
L'Equipe says Njie met with Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino and chief Paul Mitchell on Tuesday, where he was encouraged to accept OM's offer.
However, Njie does not want to leave Spurs.
Labrune has taken matters into his own hands, flying to London for face-to-face talks with Njie about a transfer. However, for now, the deal is at gridlock.
