Ligue 1 side Marseille have emerged as the new candidates interested in the services of Arsenal striker Lucas Perez.

ESPN FC claims that the sources close to the French club have confirmed interest in the Spaniard striker.

Perez joined the Gunners in a £17m deal from Deportivo La Coruna last summer, but could not cement his place in Arsene Wenger's plans.

He is desperate to join his former side Deportivo this summer, but the La Liga side haven't yet managed to match Gunners' valuation of their player.
