Olympique Marseille are set to circulate Brandao's name to Premiership clubs.
L'OM coach Didier Deschamps wants to sell the Brazilian to raise fresh transfer funds and Tottenham, Everton and Aston Villa will be among clubs contacted by intermediaries about the 29 year-old's availability.
The former Shakhtar Donetsk striker joined Marseille in January for £5 million.
