Olympique Marseille coach Eric Gerets maintains he won't stop Djibril Cisse making a return to England.

L'OM fans have petitioned the club to hold onto Cisse, but Gerets says: "It would be scandalous if I was to go back on what I told him two weeks ago. On a personal level, his family, I understand wants to leave for England."

Manchester City have leapt to the head of the queue for Cisse.
