Olympique Marseille chief Andoni Zubizarreta is seeking talks with departing Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure.

Toure comes off contract at City next month and is mulling over his next move.

The Ivorian veteran, 35, is in contact with Zubizarreta about a move to France as Marseille seek a new midfield signing this summer.

Toure has offers from China, though is reluctant to continue his career in the Far East. In England, West Ham are prepared to compete with OM for the midfielder's signature.

At West Ham, Toure would find his former City manager Manuel Pellegrini.
