Olympique Marseille can't afford to sign Tottenham attacker Moussa Sissoko, it is claimed.

Sissoko has an offer on the table from Trabzonspor, while Marseille chief Andoni Zubizarreta has also been pushing to sign the France international.

However, local pundit Pierre Menes insists any move to OM is unrealistic.

"They can never afford his fee nor his salary," said Menes on social media.

Trabzonspor have confirmed their interest, though Spurs are unhappy with their willingness to only discuss a loan arrangement.
