Chivas USA midfielder and team captain Jesse Marsch understands the pressure on teams when they field a lot of injuries. The veteran MLS player knows all to well how to cope with Chivas USA over the past two seasons.

Speaking after his teams convincing 2-0 win in Dallas over the weekend Marsch said: "Well, because of what we've been through the past few years with all of the injuries, we've made a point that when guys get their chance they play with confidence to let them know that the team believes in them being on the field.

"Plus, we've seen a lot of guys step in and have good performances and I give those guys credit. I believe that the mentality of the team is as such that no matter who is on the field at any given time, we all stick together and play for each other."
