Juventus GM Beppe Marotta has told Stevan Jovetic he's the key to Fiorentina allowing him to move to Turin.

The relationship between the two clubs remains frosty given the Dimitar Berbatov debacle last August.

Calciomercato.com says Marotta has held talks with Jovetic's agent, Fali Ramadani, and suggested the striker make it clear to Viola directors that he only wants to move to Juve.

Marotta, who faces competition from Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea for Jovetic, won't meet Fiorentina's €30 million cash asking price and is banking on Jovetic to force through a compromised deal by kicking up a fuss at his end of negotiations.
