Beppe Marotta is proud of Juventus' rise under his guidance.

When Marotta arrived at Juve from Sampdoria, the team was struggling in seventh place.

"When we began this adventure, we never imagined reaching such results in a short space of time. The credit above all goes to Andrea Agnelli, who moulded Juve into a reference point for Italian football.

"Agnelli also defended my work after a difficult first season. He was convinced of his choices and I was able to act autonomously.

"I'd like to end my career at Juventus and do not see any alternatives right now."
