Marotta insists Sampdoria pair Cassano, Pazzini will stay

Sampdoria chief Beppe Marotta insists Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini are not for sale.

Both forwards have attracted interest across Italy and Europe, but ahead of Sunday's game at Livorno, Samp have said that neither will leave the club in January.

"Both players are key to our project," said Marotta.

"There is no truth in reports (in Italy) that one of the two players will leave.

"Hence, with regards to the future, Cassano and Pazzini will remain with us."
