Juventus GM Beppe Marotta has cooled talk of a move for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Juve snapped up AS Roma's Marco Borriello on-loan last week.
"We are monitoring the window with great attention in a bid to increase the quality of the side, even if we have to keep an eye on finances," Marotta said.
"Apart from Borriello, there is nothing concrete right now.
"Manchester City's Tevez? The Argentine is a strong player, but we were not after him before and we don't want him now."
