Marlon Santos has signed a new deal with Barcelona.

As the Brazilian defender saw interest from West Ham and Newcastle United dry up on deadline day in England, Marlon agreed to ink new terms with Barca.

The stopper has signed a new contract with the Catalans until 2022, though will be on the move again this month.

Barca had intended to sell Marlon to a Premier League club this summer after cutting short his two season loan at Nice. However, they're now open to loaning him out again this term.

Early contenders for Marlon are Sassuolo and Galatasaray.
