Mario Simunovic's agent Bryan Yeubrey says that Birmingham City and Sheffield United have shown interest in the young attacker.

The twenty-year-old, who has played for Sweden at youth level, impressed in a trial at Doncaster Rovers and is set to train with Notts County this week too.

"Mario was outstanding in a mid-week private game, between Doncaster Rovers and Mansfield Town," said Yeubrey.

"Notts County, Birmingham City and Sheffield United have all made enquiries," he added.

Degerfors IF forward Simunovic, who will get an answer from Doncaster in the coming days, has had a good time at the Championship club: "I have been made very welcome in England. The players and staff at Doncaster are very friendly and have really made me feel at home."
