Udinese coach Pasquale Marino admits his players froze against Juventus on Sunday.
Reflecting on Sunday night's defeat, Marino rapped: "We were too timid.
"We didn't build the play up well and we gave up too easily when things went wrong.
"They were vastly superior to us. We adopted a reverential attitude and that's not a characteristic we usually show.
"This approach has to stop now because it's better to lose by two goals than to lose like this."
