Pasquale Marino has declared he is leaving Udinese.

Immediately after their 2-2 draw with Cagliari, which secured Udinese's Serie A safety for another season, Marino said he was leaving the job.

"We had made a basic agreement with the club that at the end of the season, once our Serie A status was secure, I would leave," revealed Marino.

"I have been happy in Udine and spent three intense years here. I am leaving behind a squad that is improving."
