Championship club Wolves have completed the signing of Georg Margreitter from Austria Vienna.
The 23-year old defender has signed a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee which has delighted manager Stale Solbakken.
"We have been searching for a central defender and Georg fits the billing," Solbakken told the club's official website.
"He wanted to come to England and we have been following him for the last six or seven weeks.
"We could have signed him earlier but (he) missed a game because he had a small ankle injury and we wanted to be absolutely 100 per cent sure.
"Our scouts have been keeping an eye on him and then I spoke to him and I am pleased that we have managed to bring him.
"It is a good signing not only for this season but also for the future because I think he has good years in front of him."
