Napoli captain Marek Hamsik says they're going for second place.

Napoli are ten points away from leaders Juventus.

"After the disappointment against Real Madrid it wasn't easy to stay focused," Hamsik wrote on his official website after the win over Crotone.

“We showed character and got the three points. We deserved the win on the pitch, the fans created a great atmosphere and we thank them for their support.

“The gap to Roma is two points, but we'll keep fighting because we want second place and direct qualification to the next Champions League.

“The double-header with Juve in April will be interesting, but we're focused on the next match against Empoli."
