Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo says spirit inside the camp is high.

Having played the whole of Sunday's 1-1 Premier League draw with West Ham, Rojo is poised to line up in the Reds' defence again when the Hammers return to Old Trafford, this time in a knockout scenario.

The Argentinian senses a real determination in the United camp to win this competition for the first time since 2010, and feels the players' togetherness can help them achieve that goal.

Speaking to United Review before Sunday's league encounter, Rojo said: "We're always together and, after training, we have fun just like any other team.

"It's very important that we're united off the pitch and pulling in the same direction, as this helps when a game comes around.

"When you have that, you're united on the pitch without even realising it and everyone works hard for each other and the manager too."
