Chelsea midfielder Marco van Ginkel is delighted with his preseason.
Van Ginkel missed his first campaign at Chelsea with a knee injury.
"I'm feeling good," the 21-year-old told chelseafc.com. "The knee is okay. I had a holiday for four weeks and during this time I did some extra stuff for it.
"I have no problems now and after every game I'm feeling better. Playing minutes on the pitch is the most important thing for pre-season so everybody, including myself, is getting fitter."
