Marco Fassone has been axed by AC Milan as the club's chief executive.
There's now suggestions he plans to take Milan's new owners Elliott Management to court.
Tuttosport says says Fassone was asked to resign at a meeting in London last week, but refused to do so.
It's claimed his links to Yonghong Li and the Chinese ownership formed part of the reason, but also alleges that the CEO wanted to extend his own contract.
Now Fassone is expected to challenge his dismissal in court.
