Marchisio proud of Juventus brace in victory over AC Milan

Claudio Marchisio was delighted with his brace in Juventus' victory over AC Milan.

Marchisio grabbed two late Juventus goals to beat Milan after Kevin-Prince Boateng saw red.

“I had said at the end of the first half that we needed to maintain this tempo. We believed to the end and my opening goal was proof we must never give in,” said the midfielder.

“It is my first ever brace and I am overjoyed. We are working to top the table and contrast the pressure from Udinese, Roma, Milan, Napoli, Inter and Lazio.”
