Juventus midfielder Claudio Marchisio was delighted with their Champions League win over Manchester City.

Mario Mandzukic sealed a 1-0 result in Turin.

“It wasn't remotely simple. We could've finished it off with another goal, but they could've hurt us at any moment," Marchisio told Mediaset Premium.

“We are continuing on the right path, we allow few chances and remain sharp to the 90th minute.

“Europe has to be Juve's home and everyone must believe in that. Those who joined the club must understand this is the competition that matters most in the world."
