Real Madrid wing-back Marcelo says all the players want coach Manuel Pellegrini to stay.

Real remain on the heels of Barcelona after last night's 2-1 win over Real Zaragoza.

"If [Pellegrini] continues, I will be happy," Marcelo revealed.

"Not because I am playing a lot, but because he is a person who is faithful to his ideas. He doesn't allow himself to be influenced.

"I am working to win the league. What happens with Dunga doesn't depend on me. Nor [does it matter if] I play out wide or more centrally, because he knows my characteristics. I have nothing more to prove."
