Diego Maradona addressed Barcelona's players after their victory over Real Mallorca on Saturday. Barca coach Pep Guardiola met with Maradona after the game and asked the Argentine if he would speak with his players.

Maradona agreed and Sport says he told the Barca players: "You are an example to all. Keep at it. I salute you because what you are doing has much merit, and you're doing so playing great football.

"If you follow this path, it will eventually end with you winning titles."
