Diego Maradona has offered his best wishes to new AC Milan coach Clarence Seedorf.

Maradona is convinced Milan have made a good appointment.

His spokesman, Angelo Pisani, said: "Diego is keen to offer his best wishes to Clarence Seedorf for his adventure on the Milan bench and says he is sure that, despite having taken the team in a difficult situation, he will succeed with his professionalism and experience to bring positivity to the current Milan."
