Diego Maradona fears pressure is growing in Argentina on Barcelona star Lionel Messi to deliver in this summer's World Cup.

Maradona has urged fans not to expect too much from his countryman.

"I haven't watched the national team since I coached it, but all I can say is that we mustn't blame Messi if we don't win the World Cup," said Maradona.
