Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has told Angola striker Manucho Goncalves he is required for preseason training.

Manucho has been impressing on-loan at Panathinaikos in the second-half of this season after joining United in January.

"This is great news because my dream is to play for Manchester United since I signed for them in January," he said. "I hope I can take my chance and prove that I can play in The Premier League.

"During my time in Greece, I feel that I've adapted well to European football and it's been a good test for me ahead of playing in England."
