Everton centre-back Eliaquim Mangala believes his current side can make a strong finish to the campaign.

Mangala, who joined on-loan from Manchester City in January, made his first appearance in their disappointing and heavy loss to Arsenalon Saturday.

He said: "The challenge is going to be difficult but I think we can finish in front of Leicester and Burnley and that will be a good end to the season.

"I just want to help my team get better and have some good results. It's not just about me it's about the whole team.

"That's the only thing I'm focused on. Then we'll see what happens at the end of the season."
