Former Lazio fullback Christian Manfredini isn't surprised by the hype around Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

The young Serb has been linked with Manchester United and AC Milan this season.

Mandredini told Radio TMW: "Milinkovic-Savic is a player with great talent, who has made an impact in Italian football, but in two or three years we will see him in a club with higher ambitions.

"I have to congratulate also (Simone) Inzaghi, who is a coach who is very serious and prepared tactically."
